Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform operational processes for transaction types across HSBC Taiwan, including account services, operation support, and account investigation.
  • •Authorize transactions and customer account maintenance within limits to comply with BIM, MOF, and CBC FEX rules/regulations.
  • •Ensure maintenance/transactions are appropriately authorized and handled timely and accurately; provide necessary training and advice to junior staff.
  • •Provide professional customer service and clarify customer requirements for maintenance requests in investment products.
  • •Handle first checking on transactions and support documents, update fund shelf/website data, and manage NAV updates and corporate actions processing.

Key Requirements

  • •University or above.
  • •Sufficient foreign exchange regulation knowledge and trust regulations.
  • •Professional banking knowledge and familiarity with banking systems.
  • •Familiar with investment procedures and banking system.
  • •Fluent English speaking and writing, plus project management skills.
