Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as regional operational lead for localization execution under the assigned Localization Producer.
  • •Coordinate localization and LQA schedules across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • •Provide day-to-day project oversight so language owners and QA teams have the right tools, briefs, materials, and context.
  • •Identify, track, and report red flags and roadblocks that could impact timeline, quality, or budget.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for regional vendors, ensuring they are briefed, resourced, and enabled; monitor asset flow and handoff cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of experience in localization project coordination, content operations, or vendor management, preferably in gaming or interactive media.
  • •Deep knowledge of localization workflows, tools, and processes, including CAT tools, TMS platforms, Jira, and shared cloud systems.
  • •Ability to monitor tasks, align teams, and identify blockers in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience coordinating with third-party vendors across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in localization, linguistics, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
