Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion the enterprise-wide SRM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Vision 2030 goals.
  • •Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of SRM frameworks, policies, and tools; manage supplier segmentation, risk assessments, performance measurement, and business continuity.
  • •Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers and guide joint business plans and initiatives.
  • •Facilitate executive forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews and SRM steering committees; influence leaders on governance and decision frameworks using data-driven approaches.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop an SRM team; drive value creation through supplier partnerships and support ESG and digital transformation efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in strategic supplier relationship management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields in complex, multinational environments.
  • •Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred).
  • •Relevant professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPM (highly desirable).
  • •Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers at executive levels.
  • •Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with advantage for experience in giga projects or large-scale developments.
