Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune to manage enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and OS update cycles for the fleet.
  • •Implement zero-touch provisioning and authentication workflows integrating identity and device compliance (including ABM, Platform SSO, Autopilot, and MFA).
  • •Build and maintain security baselines and hardening configurations, remediate findings against internal and CIS/SCUBA benchmarks, and support security monitoring/audit evidence.
  • •Drive Windows endpoint patch automation to parity with the macOS pipeline and develop scripts for patch deployment and lifecycle automation.
  • •Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage endpoint-adjacent services, and maintain documentation/runbooks across tiers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in endpoint engineering, systems administration, or IT operations in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
  • •Hands-on production experience with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune; depth in one with strong competence in the other.
  • •Proficiency in at least one scripting language for device automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Swift) and willingness to work across the others.
  • •Working knowledge of an enterprise IdP (Okta preferred; Entra ID acceptable), including identity, conditional access, and device compliance.
  • •Experience with patch management/OS update strategy and device provisioning at scale (zero-touch, Autopilot, ABM/DEP).
