Serve as the commercial co-architect for HappyRobot’s most complex enterprise deals, partnering with account executives as a strategic peer. Lead negotiations and transform the company’s commercial framework into deal structures tailored to each customer’s constraints. Rigorously assess contract and economic risks early, author precise deal documentation and contract language, and ensure every agreement is winnable, deliverable, and economically sound.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with account executives as the commercial lead on complex enterprise deals.
•Participate in client-facing commercial conversations for high-credibility negotiations.
•Create custom deal structures aligned with each customer’s buying context and constraints.
•Identify hidden contractual or economic friction early and flag risks before closure or implementation.
•Author deal documentation and contract language that balances creative problem-solving with contractual precision.
