Feed Mill Supervisor

Oversee all operations and maintenance activities at a feed mill facility. Monitor feed sampling and ensure preventive maintenance keeps equipment and machinery running properly. Complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation, including matching feed delivery tickets. In a supervisory capacity, schedule and supervise work, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions. Must be willing to work the 2nd shift.
