Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on AI initiatives from idea to adoption by deciding what to pursue, defer, or drop and evaluating value, feasibility, security, privacy, scalability, cost, UX, governance, and maintainability.
  • •Architect end-to-end AI systems around models (tools, retrieval, memory, orchestration, APIs, evaluation, observability, and integrations) so solutions perform reliably in production.
  • •Design and support implementation of AI workflows including assistant-style and agentic experiences, automations, function calling, tool use, retrieval systems, and multi-step orchestration.
  • •Build prototypes, proofs of concept, reference implementations, and reusable patterns; collaborate with engineering to validate, review designs, troubleshoot, and guide scalable, secure delivery.
  • •Promote responsible AI and adoption by partnering on privacy, controls, auditability, and human review, and leading enablement programs like the Finance AI Ambassador workshops and community of practice.

Salary: USD 105,700 - 211,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success with understanding of architecture design principles and business process optimization and/or AI development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Product Management, or related concentration; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience with business applications powered by AI, including knowledge of knowledge graphs, vector databases, and language models.
  • •Experience with AI integration patterns and agentic AI protocols, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and product-centric ownership from discovery through deployment, including ability to build architecture diagrams and perform data analytics with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
