Key Responsibilities

  • •Construct and maintain a robust compliance infrastructure for the OPS department and support regulatory requirements and inspections.
  • •Supervise banking operations accurately and efficiently according to local regulations and internal operational guidelines.
  • •Ensure account service instructions are processed within turnaround time and aligned with service level agreements, including accuracy of system inputs.
  • •Monitor irregular/outstanding cases and handle exceptional cases to avoid operational risk and customer complaints.
  • •Support day-end reconciliation, document filing, daily/monthly returns preparation, and line-manager coordination of ad hoc inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •2–3 years of working experience in banking (preferable).
  • •Proficiency in banking operations knowledge and familiarity with local regulations.
  • •Proactive, able to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently with attention to detail.
  • •Good interpersonal and coordination skills, with capability in task/people management.
