  • •Plan and execute delivery across multiple FastAuth workstreams, setting goals and holding the team accountable.
  • •Prioritize and refocus investment across projects to keep progress aligned with business outcomes.
  • •Define FastAuth technical vision and partner on design decisions across TypeScript, React, .NET, Azure, and event-driven architecture.
  • •Lead hiring and retention for a diverse engineering team, and assess senior candidates to keep the team calibrated.
  • •Unblock teams by addressing root causes, resolving cross-team misalignment, and coaching through complexity and ambiguity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years of engineering management experience.
  • •4+ years leading software engineering teams with hiring, performance management, and career development responsibilities.
  • •Technical credibility for modern web stacks and cloud platforms, ideally TypeScript, React, .NET, and Azure.
  • •Experience operating in a scaled agile environment (SAFe or equivalent) and delivering multiple concurrent workstreams with business impact.
