Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor robotic inspection missions across solar sites.
  • •Execute daily mission schedules and ensure mission completion accuracy.
  • •Communicate with US-based operators and technical teams, and participate in handoffs, shift updates, and mission reviews.
  • •Identify operational issues and troubleshoot robot or connectivity challenges; escalate incidents using internal workflows.
  • •Log mission data/anomalies using internal platforms and provide written and verbal updates in English while following safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •English fluency (spoken and written) with daily communication with US teams required.
  • •Experience working in an English-speaking environment, such as technical support, customer service/call center, or robotics/remote operations.
