Key Responsibilities

  • •Align technical product roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders by defining outcome-based priorities, product risk, investment areas, and success measures.
  • •Drive product development by owning the backlog and engaging stakeholders to enable faster speed to market within agile teams.
  • •Manage enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals such as outcomes and customer experience.
  • •Own engagement for the assigned technical portfolio across the SDLC, including adoption and collaboration.
  • •Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics from internal and external sources, using OKRs to guide roadmap priority and continuous improvement.
