Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, partnering with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft and finalize settlement documents and resolve claimant disputes. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, manage nurse paralegals and other attorneys, and perform claims data analysis to track trends and ensure compliance.
