Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance.
  • •Lead daily maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
  • •Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules; drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Track and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, PM completion, backlog), manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors; collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements
