Job Summary

Lead maintenance operations at the St. Louis TTH site by supervising and developing maintenance technicians while driving corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Partner with engineering, operations, and the maintenance planner to prioritize work orders, optimize schedules, and perform root-cause analysis to reduce downtime. Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, and track maintenance KPIs, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination to support safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance.
•Lead daily maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
•Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules; drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
•Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
•Track and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, PM completion, backlog), manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors; collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred.
•5–8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
•2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
•Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
•Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
