Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all project finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, cash flow management, and monthly financial reporting
  • •Serve as primary finance partner to the Project Director and leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and decision support
  • •Own project forecast activities including estimate-at-completion, margin analysis, working capital, and cash collection while communicating risks and opportunities
  • •Drive financial governance and compliance across the project organization using internal controls and delegated authority
  • •Lead financial governance support for commercial exposures (change orders, claims, contingencies) and oversee invoicing, collections, funding, and liquidity planning

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • •10+ years of progressive finance or project accounting experience supporting large, complex EPC projects
  • •Strong knowledge of project financial management (estimate-at-completion, percent complete accounting, cash flow, cost forecasting, working capital)
  • •Commercial acumen interpreting contracts and supporting change orders, claims, and contractual entitlements
  • •Advanced Excel and experience with ERP and project reporting tools
