Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and provide technical expertise for mid- to large-size bridge design projects.
  • •Lead technical client relationships and play a major role in selling.
  • •Lead discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise and lead technical business development.
  • •Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise, and approve/sign off on work.
  • •Provide estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large, complex projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •California state PE license or ability to attain reciprocity in possessing another U.S. state PE license within one year of employment.
