Senior Analyst, HR Operations

Deliver accurate, timely HR Operations services for employee lifecycle events, documentation, and employee data management. Process joiner, mover, and leaver transactions in Workday, generate and track HR documentation, and provide payroll-facing instructions. Own moderately complex ServiceNow cases end-to-end with clear notes, evidence, and audit trails, while ensuring compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security controls. Contribute to continuous improvement through error identification and process/system change adoption.
