Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the applicable sourcing strategy for each project.
  • •Aid production in troubleshooting order execution after an order is placed to ensure customer success.
  • •Interface directly with machine shops, sheet metal fabrication shops, internal staff, management, and customers to drive project progress.
  • •Take on special projects to expand capabilities of our manufacturing partner network and improve core competencies.
  • •Collaborate with OEM equipment makers and internal experts to optimize DFM for customer designs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, technical or related field preferred
  • •2+ years in engineering and manufacturing environment
  • •1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience with a focus on Injection Molding
  • •Knowledge of optimum equipment selections, process cycle times, material limitations and costs and geometry limitations
  • •Experience working with suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and customers
