Key Responsibilities

•Design reference architectures and production-ready data and AI solutions for client engagements.
•Scope and plan professional services work with input from the customer and engagement managers.
•Guide strategic customers through end-to-end design, build and deployment of big data and AI applications.
•Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects to ensure successful adoption of Databricks.
•Collaborate with Databricks’ technical team, project managers, architects, and client teams to deliver required technical components and provide escalation support when needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics
•Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala
•Working knowledge of two or more Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one
•Deep experience with distributed computing with Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals
•Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments
