Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global discount rate results analysis, ensuring deep understanding of drivers behind year-over-year performance and variance versus forecast.
  • •Spearhead global discount rate planning and forecasting, including annual plan, long-range planning, and periodic forecasts, and provide inputs for enterprise financial planning.
  • •Develop executive narratives and reporting materials for senior leadership and board materials, translating key trends and projections into business implications.
  • •Maintain and refresh standard operating procedures, including process maps and risk and control documentation.
  • •Lead and grow a team of four colleagues, providing meaningful development and ensuring high-quality, consistent global output.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in pricing or business/financial analysis or a related discipline, with Planning & Forecasting and/or P&L Management experience a plus.
  • •Advanced strategic, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify key drivers and translate complex economics into actionable insights for senior audiences.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with TM1; Cornerstone/Lumi advantageous; emerging AI-related tools valued.
  • •Ability to engage, motivate, and develop a team of four, ensuring consistently high-quality output.
