Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate inventory management, animal deliveries, feeding activities, and ongoing care of plants and animals.
  • •Monitor Life Support System operations and support day-to-day activities of the Curatorial and Maintenance/LSS departments.
  • •Maintain and improve animal exhibits, including required exhibit maintenance and changes.
  • •Assist with medical treatments for plants and animals and support preparation of animal diets and nutrition.
  • •Lead guest interactions and animal encounters, manage guest flow and behavior, and prepare curatorial reports while maintaining accurate records.

  • •Hold a university degree or have more than three years of relevant experience within a zoological or aquarium facility.
