Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by owning store sales/KPI targets and individual performance targets.
  • •Execute Brand Customer Service standards and act as a brand ambassador, exhibiting brand attitude and values.
  • •Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs during sales interactions.
  • •Execute store operations including visual merchandising standards, merchandise delivery processing, replenishment, and cash register transactions.
  • •Minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor, perform store operations safely, and collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education is a must.
  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion retail environment focused on customers and commercial outcomes.
  • •Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • •Basic verbal communication skills.
  • •Complete all applicable training programs and apply the learning on the job.
