Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Operations recruiting, including hiring events and leadership recruiting as needed.
  • •Inspire, motivate, and lead a recruiting team to meet individual/team KPIs and hiring targets.
  • •Train, guide, and support team members in developing recruiting strategies and initiatives for their focus areas.
  • •Review and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve effectiveness, efficiencies, and quality of hire.
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to translate evolving talent needs into high-quality candidates and new hires.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership recruiting.
  • •3+ years of experience leading a team/others.
  • •Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs).
  • •Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
