Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in Akamai’s Account Management Group, supporting Service Account Managers with reporting and provisioning while coordinating across internal teams, stakeholders, and customers. Help ensure timely, successful delivery of assigned deliverables and communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics. Drive KPI performance across responsiveness, pro-activeness, quality, and compliance while supporting customers using Akamai’s cloud product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to Service Account Managers on reporting, provisioning, and similar account support tasks.
•Develop global relationships with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to become a trusted advisor.
•Advocate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assigned deliverables.
•Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and stakeholder requirements.
•Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics and achieve KPI targets for responsiveness, pro-activeness, quality, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate experience working in a customer-focused, service, or IT industry environment.
•Possess excellent communication skills.
•Have knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis.
•Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
•Be a team player who can collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
