Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with factory personnel and technical teams.
  • •Provide technical expertise to transition footwear design into samples and production while ensuring manufacturability, product integrity, timelines, and cost targets.
  • •Manage and own factory production transfer commercialization so production can start at the start of a PO.
  • •Partner with the development team to review samples, pattern confirmation, and other technical build aspects of new products.
  • •Transfer tech packages from offshore factories (Vietnam) to Indonesia factories and prepare them for commercialization trials.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years' experience in footwear engineering with strong attention to detail, function, and quality.
  • •Fluent English and Bahasa (Indonesia).
  • •Good communication skills.
  • •Entrepreneurial and open mindset with eagerness for differentiation and a drive for excellence.
  • •Ability to travel regularly between On’s manufacturing and development partners in Vietnam and Indonesia.
