Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MOA responsibilities for Industry subjects from industrialization phase (PALMA and MPE) through manufacturing execution (SAP and MES).
  • •Provide support to key users at the sites and ensure process documentation quality (runs, work instructions).
  • •Pilot evolution requests: gather, qualify, specify, and validate changes; contribute to anomaly management.
  • •Ensure integration of tooled processes into the global IS/IT architecture (PALMA, MPE, SAP, MES).
  • •Represent LAS in project governance and contribute to ZENITH, including MPE rollout and MES deployments (Industry now, Customer Service later).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (BAC +5) and strong experience in maîtrise d’ouvrage (MOA) and project management.
  • •Strong expertise in Engineering and Industry business activities, including process improvement and translating business needs into process/roles.
  • •High proficiency with PALMA (PLM PTC).
  • •Recognized knowledge of MPE (Manufacturing Process Engineering) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
  • •Excellent relationship skills to propose, persuade, and animate teams; comfortable in English for international collaboration.
