•Lead tunneling operations on shift, including mucking, utilities, conveyor systems, and ground support activities
•Communicate shift goals, assignments, and safety updates to crew members and ensure clear handoffs between shifts
•Support TBM startup, operation, and stoppage procedures alongside the operator and maintenance teams
•Identify and escalate mechanical, electrical, or ground condition issues affecting production
•Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards, SOPs, and engineering requirements
