Implementation Specialist - Caper (Contractor)

Support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners by providing in-store execution for testing, cart setup, and validation ahead of launch. Deliver on-site launch and post-launch troubleshooting, help store teams and customers use carts, and reinforce training through core workflow support and train-the-trainer execution. Maintain cart readiness, escalate hardware/software/store issues, and partner with Implementation and Operations teams to improve deployment outcomes.
