Job Summary

Lead and oversee a team responsible for the maintenance of MEP plumbing assets in a designated area at Dubai Airports. Ensure high reliability, safety, and adherence to maintenance plans; read and interpret drawings, supervise technicians, manage CMMS work orders, and drive continuous improvement in shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the efficient and safe maintenance of all assets and personnel in a designated area during a shift
•Conform to general and technical safety requirements to protect health and welfare
•Read, interpret and describe the functionality of drawings (circuit and wiring diagrams/schematic and layout drawings) irrespective of systems
•Set up and use mechanical/plumbing test equipment and interpret test results
•Maintain knowledge of Local and International Mechanical/Plumbing Standards and Regulations and guide technicians to resolve failures

Key Requirements

•Industrial Training Institute Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing Maintenance or equivalent (post high school)
•4 years’ minimum experience in Facility Maintenance environment or similar
•IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent
•Current valid UAE driving license is essential
•Ability to read, interpret and describe the functionality of drawings (circuit and wiring diagrams/schematic and layout drawings)
