Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by preparing a calm, orderly learning environment and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Observe children to understand their needs, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides and fellow team members to strengthen the classroom community. Help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
