Job Summary

Support complex digital transformation and education technology projects by gathering and validating business and system requirements from stakeholders. Create BRD and SRS documentation, translate business needs into functional/non-functional specs, and map current vs. future-state processes. Partner with development, QA, UI/UX, and implementation teams to clarify business rules, data flows, integrations, and system behavior, and assist with UAT, go-live validation, and change requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
•Prepare BRD and SRS documentation, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
•Document user journeys, process flows, workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including As-Is/To-Be and gap analysis.
•Collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, architecture, and project teams to ensure requirements are understood, including business rules, data flows, and integrations.
•Support UAT planning and execution, manage change requests, maintain documentation traceability/version control, and assist with go-live validation and post-go-live user feedback.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business System Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst.
•Strong hands-on experience preparing BRD/SRS/FSD documentation, use cases, user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability.
•Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery models such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
•Experience supporting UAT, including test case review, defect clarification, and requirement validation.
