Senior SEIT Systems Engineering Manager

Lead a high-performance SEIT team in El Segundo, CA, partnering with customers, suppliers, and program teams to plan and manage integrated SEIT scope, schedules, costs, and risks. Manage IPT decision-making and milestone delivery, drive earned value and scope growth, and resolve technical issues to meet program performance parameters. Also provide functional leadership for 15–20 engineers, including mentoring, hiring/retention, training, and enforcing SEIT processes.
