Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise finance, process, and compliance topics to ensure technology and processes meet user needs while adhering to risk management, segregation of duties (SoD), and access control standards.
  • •Develop, configure, and implement Oracle off-the-shelf finance solutions, integrating with existing Oracle systems while maintaining access control and compliance.
  • •Support testing phases to ensure finance systems operate efficiently and that risk mitigation, SoD, and access controls are correctly implemented.
  • •Regularly assess and improve Oracle finance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks while ensuring SOX and internal access-control compliance.
  • •Coordinate change impacts on finance systems, reports, and access controls, and resolve issues between business and tech teams to maintain compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years managing finance system projects and operations in ERP environments, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Finance configuration, compliance, access control, and risk management.
  • •Extensive experience configuring and optimizing Oracle Fusion Finance systems to integrate with finance processes while meeting SOX and regulatory standards.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and finance systems, including segregation of duties (SoD) and access control policies.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management across finance, IT, and business teams to align on project objectives and risk mitigation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus, with strong understanding of financial controls.
