Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Branch Customer Service Team, taking ownership of individual needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • •Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
  • •Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them.
  • •Support customers with more complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported in their choices.
  • •Provide personalised, friendly, and efficient service while resolving enquiries through to completion.
