Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and apply Snacks (Dairy/ Savory) system solutions for the Philippines and possibly other SEA markets.
  • •Drive and support snacks growth in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia with key local customers.
  • •Apply specialist knowledge across snack end-user markets (EUMs).
  • •Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and technical teams to deliver solutions addressing customer challenges in snack and meat end-user markets.
  • •Advance snack and savory meat R&D knowledge by leveraging Kerry’s global technology portfolio and adapting product collection to business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a similar discipline.
  • •Preferably at least 7-10 years of experience in the snacks sector in a product development role, with Flavor/Taste experience preferred.
  • •Strong technical competence in snacks seasoning systems, development, and application.
  • •Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team across the SEA region.
  • •Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging customers and suppliers.
