Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager with evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes.
  • •Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems where the system takes meaningful actions on behalf of users.
  • •Strong technical ability to work deeply with engineering and ML teams, including reading evaluations and understanding system performance.
  • •Comfort operating in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles, including the ability to pivot and iterate based on signals.
