Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the operational health of ADOC, INSIGHT, and related workflow applications and manage incidents as part of daily operations.
  • •Validate the proper functioning of the ADOC application during software or infrastructure upgrades and coordinate with IT/OPS teams.
  • •Analyze and resolve production incidents and user support requests.
  • •Collaborate with IT support teams and external partners for incident reporting and change management.
  • •Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on the ADOC document workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting, including analysis, effort estimation, design, development, and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with KOFAX TotalAgility (KTA) and KOFAX Insight (certification is a plus).
  • •Strong expertise in .NET development and application maintenance.
  • •Solid understanding of SQL scripting.
  • •Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
  • •Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
