Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients in conversations and advising on financial wellness opportunities in person and over the phone.

  • •Open personal and business accounts and related products based on client needs and financial wellness goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience building and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Knowledge of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
