Job Summary

Maintain and repair a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at the retail shop. Use technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system issues. Follow safe job practices, complete daily documentation, and assist with training and equipment/parts pickup and delivery. Work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts and overtime after 40 hours.

•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues using real-time data.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment and performing work in a shop environment.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
•Assist with training lower level technicians and with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
