Key Responsibilities

•Oversee IT risk governance, monitoring, and reporting for the Technology GRC program at Mashreq Bank
•Lead initiatives to improve risk controls and ensure mitigation is embedded in technology processes
•Manage high-visibility risk projects from conception through delivery, coordinating with technology units and risk owners
•Develop and maintain adequate and effective controls across technology units to mitigate risks
•Collaborate with stakeholders to drive risk awareness and continuous improvement in risk-related processes

Key Requirements

•Information and technology risk management experience with an emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) in the technology domain
•Proven ability to monitor, report, and drive performance improvements across IT risk controls
•Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining effective controls to mitigate technology-related risks
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate with multiple technology units and risk owners
•Ability to lead high-visibility risk projects and deliver timely, actionable risk insights
