Night Guest Service Agent

Welcome guests and ensure smooth overnight check-ins and check-outs at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. You’ll handle guest requests, reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems, while communicating clearly via in-person, phone, and email. As a primary point of contact throughout the stay, you’ll resolve issues quickly and offer personalized local recommendations. Work 38 hours per week across the night shift schedule.
