Operations Analyst - Trust Distributions

Review and interpret trust and custody documents to determine whether requested distributions are permitted, then complete complex distribution processing in line with procedures and service level agreements. Prepare income/principal allocations, coordinate asset transfers and fee/fee-reserving cash, and ensure authorization, tax, probate, court accounting, and IRA compliance ramifications are properly addressed. Communicate professionally with beneficiaries/clients and support relationship teams, accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
