Software Engineering Manager, Optimisation & Profiling

Lead Unity’s Optimisation team to improve performance across the Unity editor and engine. Drive the technical roadmap, coach and mentor engineers, and deepen profiling-driven analysis to identify and deliver CPU/memory and multithreading optimizations. Partner with other teams to raise performance quality through better tests and collaboration, and document measurable gains while helping to evangelize efficient software practices.
