Lead automation testing in an Agile SDET team for microservice-based Java applications. Key Responsibilities

•Lead automation testing efforts within an Agile team to design, build, test and deploy effective testing solutions that reduce manual testing.
•Define and implement validation plans, conduct validation studies, analyze data and prepare validation reports.
•Collaborate with MCS teams and customers to understand needs and maintain a roadmap for components under your charge.
•Support deployment of testing components in customer environments and ensure alignment with DOD/validation requirements.
•Promote best practices in CI/CD, test automation, and quality assurance across the team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in microservice architecture-based applications using Java (must have).
•Knowledge of performance tuning/ccapacity planning for microservice/cloud-based applications (must have).
•Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and microservice-based architectures (must have).
•CI/CD experience using Gitlab; Maven and Mercurial version control; hands-on with software delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
