Job Summary

Lead MuleSoft platform engineering to build and scale integration capabilities, APIs, and microservices that connect Salesforce products with customer ecosystems. Own architecture and technical strategy, design and deliver production-grade software across the full SDLC, and drive performance, scalability, security, and extensibility. Partner with engineers in a hybrid model, mentor the team, develop testing and automation frameworks, and participate in on-call to keep services highly available.

•Drive design decisions focused on performance, scalability, security, and future extensibility across the SDLC.
•Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, develop test/automation strategies, and participate in on-call to address production issues.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software development experience with large-scale distributed systems.
•Mastery of Java, Python, Scala, Go, or Node.js (Java strongly preferred).
•Deep understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, MQ).
•Strong experience designing and building microservices and REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs.
•Experience with public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, DevOps, security standards (OAuth 2.0/JWT/mTLS/SAML), and Kubernetes/Docker.
