Job Summary

Lead audit analytics and transformation initiatives within Internal Audit, combining rigorous audit standards with advanced data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Build and deploy RPA bots to automate control testing and information extraction, design analytics frameworks and dashboards for continuous monitoring, and refine Information Produced by Entity (IPE) extraction and validation. Drive SOC 1/Type II and SOC 2 compliance evaluation for vendors, and partner cross-functionally to translate insights into actionable risk decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess operational and audit processes for automation opportunities and build RPA bots for repetitive tasks including data extraction, validation, control testing, and exception reporting.
•Design and implement advanced audit analytics to assess control design and operating effectiveness, analyzing large datasets to identify exceptions and anomalies.
•Develop and maintain Information Produced by Entity (IPE) extraction methodologies and validation protocols, including process maps, data/control flows, and documentation.
•Lead evaluation and assessment of SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 compliance reports for third-party applications and vendors, documenting findings and risk determinations.
•Collaborate with internal audit, SOX, risk management, compliance, and process improvement teams, communicating audit and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, computer science, information systems, or finance.
•2+ years of experience in internal audit, operational audit, risk assessment, or compliance with focus on process-level controls and operational effectiveness.
•Demonstrated experience conducting control walkthroughs and testing key operational, IT, and financial controls.
•Demonstrated experience developing audit programs and creating high-quality audit workpapers, including assessing control design and operational effectiveness.
•Experience with data analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and strong written/verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
