Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, custom application procedures, mixing procedures, truck driving, and delivering product.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Regulate periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and provide customer service as needed.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
