Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the business unit’s integration of maturing technology into fielded operational platforms and programs of record.
  • •Review and shape test objectives, data collection requirements, execution, and post-test analysis/reporting for transition activities.
  • •Help shape multi-year technology transition strategy and translate corporate objectives into prioritized transition initiatives and demonstrations.
  • •Act as primary liaison between business sponsors, delivery teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to secure buy-in, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum.
  • •Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of program managers, engineers, and researchers; direct select program maturation from inception through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum 10 years of experience (or an advanced degree with a minimum 7 years).

  • •Experience managing technical teams and executing programs, including planning and execution of tests and demonstrations.
  • •Experience writing and reviewing classified government technical specifications and generating system performance requirements.
