Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Support safe store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes, moving dynamically to meet business, team, and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move within all areas of the store and stand/move for an entire shift.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
