Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and organize all activities of the Laboratory to contribute to quality, reliability and performance of products.
  • •Manage qualification activities for new products and ensure proper balance between workload, capabilities and testing resources, ensuring staff versatility.
  • •Provide technical and analytical support to departments and other business areas, actively participating in internal meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Collect and analyze product-related issues from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Propose suitable solutions and contribute to securing future developments and product criteria.
  • •Contribute to defining and evolving product criteria to meet group quality requirements, including researching and developing new measuring devices and tooling.
