Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver customer-facing fraud management efforts covering customers, merchants, payment facilitators, and service providers.
  • •Design internal and external reports to identify poor performance areas requiring urgent attention.
  • •Engage with customers when performance issues occur, including rule violations.
  • •Sell and deliver consulting engagements to support acquirer performance optimization, such as trainings and performance projects.
  • •Identify fraud trends and share them with product teams, customers, and banking associations while improving engagements for specialty merchants.

Key Requirements

  • •Fraud management experience with knowledge of card payments and transaction processing, including authentication and authorization.
  • •Understanding of network rules and ideally experience working with acquirers on fraud and merchant compliance.
  • •Exceptional analytical skills to gather, synthesize, interpret, and act on data, including building new reports.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering presentations at business and technical levels.
  • •Ability to drive collaboration and execution, including ownership, follow-up on action items, and resolving conflicts.
